Lead Product Manager

My additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring other Product Managers (conducting 1-on-1 sessions, setting realistic goals, monitoring my reports’ projects) and also supporting the business development team with early product discovery and preparing proposals.

I am leading the largest project for one of the largest Quick Service Restaurant corporations worldwide, managing a team of 8 developers. Given how big the ecosystem is, I also act as a program manager to manage client expectations and identify blockers and dependencies.

Senior Product Manager

As my first project, I managed a blockchain project for a popular exchange in Thailand (Elixir-based web project).

Later on, I worked on improving the 711 mobile applications. I also worked on the revamp of the Pizza Company mobile apps (rebranding and improving performance and stability).

As a B2C product manager for the DotProperty real-estate portal, my key responsibilities include:

The main objective when I started at DotProperty was to develop a deep understanding of both business and product KPIs. With more insights on how the portal is performing, I will be developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
